I’m also a Personal trainer, and a Board Certified NLP, Time-Line Therapy®, Hypnosis Practitioner. I wake up every day striving to be the best version of me that I can be, not just for myself and my family but, for women all across the globe. I am a Champion for women's health. Changing the Game of Online Health Coaching with 9 Modules With Personally Delivered Lessons

MODULE 1 - Mindset and Motivation 
Getting clear on what your health and wellness priorities are is essential. It’s hard to crush our goals if we don’t know where we want to go and where we are starting. In module 1 we create a “BIG MOFA” statement, which we then anchor into our mindset, anchors help keep us grounded and focused on what we want instead of what we don’t want. We also take time to create a long term vision for your success and learn how to implement it into your daily life helps you manifest your goals and dreams that much faster.
MODULE 2 - Sustainable Nutrition
In module 2 you will learn about the importance of becoming an intuitive mindful eater. You become the master of your own body's needs and wants. We discuss how to honor your hunger and fullness, and identify which foods are right for your body. We also create your custom calorie and macro target, and we teach you how to track, plan and prep your weekly meals so that you can show up for your best life.
MODULE 3 - Lifestyle Fitness, Exercise and Movement
In module 3 you will learn the difference between exercise and movement. You will understand how to build a fun and flexible workout plan that will help you shred body fat and build lean muscle which will give you that toned sexy look.  
MODULE 4 - Stress, Self-Sabotage & Relaxation 
For many high performing women, stress can have a direct impact on their weight. Whether it causes weight loss or weight gain can vary from person to person — and even situation to situation. You will learn holistic ways to de-stress and relax more which will allow you to burn more fat, feel good, and BossUp in other areas of life. 
MODULE 5 - Self-Care
Self-care has been a huge key to my success over the last 8+ years. I had to realize that when I didn't show up and take time for myself I wasn't able to truly show up for the people that I love in my life. Selfcare is a personal matter and everyone's approach will be different. Learn what and how to implement more self-care into your schedule.
MODULE 6 - Creating Energizing Routines  
It can sound counter-intuitive but developing daily routines can help us to feel more in control of everything, and help us to make room for all that's important. Routines help support our mental and physical health. It can help us to cope with change, to form healthy habits, and to reduce our stress levels. During this week we create powerful energy boosting routines that allow us to wake up with energy and power down at night and finally get some sleep. 
MODULE 7 - Life-Work Balance 
Balancing your professional and personal life can be challenging, but it's essential. Learn to Rebalance your life by figuring out your biggest priorities plus you will learn how to say no with grace not guilt so that you can BossUp and live your EPIC life.
MODULE 8 - Healthy Gut Healthy Life 
Sometimes all the self-care, clean eating, body movement, and relaxation does not cure your digestive health issues. In Module 8, we talk about the role of our gut, the importance of a healthy gut, and getting your gut to do its job.
